Things to note when registering to make an appointment for group flu vaccination
  • Persons who make an appointment must enter the Macao Resident Identity Card Number/Non-resident Employee Identification Card [Blue Card] Number/Hong Kong and Macao Permit Number/Loaned Passport Number, correct date of birth, and have registered a Health Bureau Medical Card [Gold Card] number to successfully proceed with the reservation process;
  • Those who do not have a medical card from the Health Bureau can apply for a new card by presenting their identity document and proof of address at Conte Jean General Hospital/health centers/stations;
  • After registration, the system does not provide cancellation/change functions. If necessary, please contact the person in charge of the institution at least one day in advance, and then the person in charge of the institution will contact the nurse in charge of the Health Bureau;
  • If you are unable to register on time but still want to participate in group vaccination, please contact the person in charge of the institution at least one day in advance, and the person in charge of the institution will contact the nurse in charge of the Health Bureau;
  • Those who successfully register will receive a confirmation text message on their mobile phone;
Documents required for vaccination
Macao residents:
  1. Macao Resident Identity Card

Non-resident employees:
  1. Identity document【Exit/Entry Permit for travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao／Hong Kong Identity Card／foreign passport／others】
  2. Identification Card of Non-resident Workers 【Blue Card】
  3. Health Bureau Patient Card (if any)

Personal Data Collection Statement:

Your personal and other data provided to the information station/internet of Macao Health Bureau shall only be used for this seasonal influenza vaccination. For this purpose, the Bureau will handle the data under the Decree no.22/99/M and the Law no.8/2005 “Personal Data Protection Act “.
